 * 此是臨時方案, 因為 30 日又會 loop 過, 而且此方案只可以用 3 次

1) Start your computer in safe mode (use plain safe mode).

2) Login using an administrator user account.

3) Open run box, Window Key + R

4) type the below command exactly,

    rundll32.exe syssetup,SetupOobeBnk

    (You have now 30 days to activate online or phone ( max: 120 days ))

6) Reboot with normal login

Simply copy userinit.exe from c:\windows\system32\dllcache over into c:\windows\system32

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\PC1\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Look for the string called Userinit > It should read (C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe,)

Copy the wpa.dbl file (located in c:\windows\system32\wpa.dbl) from a working computer running the same version of Windows XP.

Boot into safe mode and copy the known-good wpa.dbl file over the corrupted version. Reboot, and all should be OK again.
