其會執行特定檢查, 並防止某些軟體自動載入或開啟.

用法:

開機按住 Shift 鍵, 當畫面出現 Apple 標誌時, 放開 Shift 鍵

Check:

「安全模式」字樣出現在登入畫面右上角。

Wipe Your Mac

1. Disk Utility

- Erase

2. Reinstall macOS

 * Command + R            # 安裝 Mac 之前安裝的最新 macOS, 而不升級到更高的版本
 * Option+Command+R   # 升級到與 Mac 相容的最新 macOS

 * After macOS installation is complete, the Mac restarts to a Welcome screen and asks you to choose a country or region.
     If you want to leave the Mac in an out-of-box state, don't continue with the setup of your system.
     Instead, press "Command-Q" to shut down the Mac.
