networkd

A plain ini-style text file that encodes network configuration for matching network interfaces

service: systemd-networkd (systemctl enable systemd-networkd --now)
syntax: man 5 systemd.syntax

Config

foo.network files

• /etc/systemd/network    # administration network directory(highest priority)
• /lib/systemd/network     # system network directories

foo.network.d/

• All files with the suffix ".conf" from this directory will be parsed after the file itself is parsed.
