前言

transfer files from your computer to your Android device you need to use MTP protocol

MTP protocol is related to Windows Media Player, and some versions of Windows 10 (N / KN) don’t have Windows Media Player

Check Device MTP

Win + X  -> select  "Device manager"  

-> choose your Android device

-> right click it and select  "Update driver software”

-> pick  "Browse my computer for driver software”

-> hit  "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer”

-> choose "MTP USB Device" from the menu and click
