Every time an interface goes up or down, all scripts in the /etc/hotplug.d/iface/

Variable name

ACTION     Either "ifup" or "ifdown"
INTERFACE    
DEVICE: Physical device name

/etc/hotplug.d/iface/<nn>-<sctiptname>

e.g.: 10-routes, 20-firewall
