1. Click the File tab.
2. Click Options.
3. Click Proofing
4. Click "AutoCorrect Options"

move text on shape to top(Default: bottom)

As of Visio 2016 use the "Text Block" function  (Home>Text Block)

Search stencils (2016)

WSearch 必須 Start

Control Panel > Indexing Options > Advanced > File Types tab
> At the bottom, select "Index Properties and File Contents" > OK > Rebuild the Index.
