DSM (Disk Station Manager) 它是 Synology 的 OS 來

How it works with XPEnology

Valid Serial number and MAC address entered in the step of creating XPEnology loader by

editing the values in the configuration file syslinux.cfg on the USB flash drive.

If you are not going to use the services of Synology then edit the values is not required.

It is best to use a pair of serial number and MAC address from the original NAS Synology.

The model is not important, any pair, such as your old server Synology.

Since the calculators available on the network do not always work properly.

Each loader supports only one DSM version, as shown in the table below:

安裝後設定

控制台 -> 更新 & 還原 -> 更新設定 -> 唔 tick "自動檢查 DSM 更新"

控制台 -> 硬體 & 電源 -> 硬碟休眠 -> 時間: 無

Terminal & SNMP -> Enable SSH service (login: root / first user pw)
