OGMs - 9X

Programming must be done from extension 101
(The phone connected to Jack 01)

1 (To record OGMs for DISA/UCD):

press PROGRAM >  raise the handset > dial 91 + X > 聽到 beep 一聲後開始錄音

Save: Press "AUTO DIAL/STORE" button / 收一次線

The system will play your Out Going Message back to you

If it sounds OK then hang up.

If you want to re-record the OGM, dial X and begin recording after the beep ...

2 (To play OGMs for DISA/UCD):

press PROGRAM button > raise the handset > Dial 92 + X > 聽 > Hang up

0 (To delete OGMs for DISA/UCD):

press PROGRAM button > raise the handset > Dial 90 + X >  Press "AUTO DIAL/STORE" button > 聽到 "do" 一聲後收線
